The strategist / black sheep.

I grew up in a family of doctors and healthcare entrepreneurs. I was supposed to become a doctor too, but I was the black sheep. I loved science, but I gravitated toward technology and business.

Naturally, in my teens, I started managing my family’s marketing. Very quickly, I got burned by agencies and freelancers, and spent more time coordinating people and tools than actually growing the business.

Then I realized – every agency, freelancer and tool did its part, but I was the one connecting them: re-explaining the business, chasing handoffs and fixing what didn’t fit. Great marketing needs a whole system: the right people, workflows and technology, working as one.

So I set out to build it. I started Gazizoff and spent 13 years refining that system with 250+ organizations. Then AI became the final piece to complete it.

Today, health & science companies get the marketing I wish I had: one team, one system, and none of the bottlenecks and complexities.
