Marketing gets complicated fast. You have specialists to manage, campaigns to approve and software to connect. Yet after all that effort, the creative can still fall short. Your website, ads and sales materials can feel like they belong to different companies.

I’ve been on your side of that. It’s why Inkar and I have spent 13 years building Gazizoff around a question: how do we deliver better marketing while giving you less to manage?

Today, I want to show you the ecosystem behind it. Our people, workflows, technology and AI work together to make marketing faster, more consistent and relevant to your business.

    TL;DR

You get strategy, creative, technology and day-to-day marketing in a done-for-you service. One main contact coordinates the work. You have clear places to see progress, review creative and find your files.

We audit your marketing, build the plan and set up the brand assets, company knowledge and technology to deliver it. Then we run the marketing and keep improving it. You make the important business decisions; we manage the people, production and software around them.

Four connected parts make this possible:

    PartWhat changes for you
PeopleStrategists and specialists work together on your business. You don’t have to coordinate separate teams for strategy, creative and technology.
Hyper-efficient workflowsLess time goes into repeated setup and manual production. More goes into the thinking and detail that improve your marketing.
TechnologyYour website, marketing platform and creative tools connect the work. Files, data and next steps are easier to find and manage.
AIOur team researches, writes, designs and develops faster, using our marketing knowledge and your company’s context. People direct and review the work.

Some of our clients have been with us for over a decade. We’ve had time to see what helps at launch, what becomes difficult later and what is worth improving.

Why we built it: I’ve been on your side of the table

I started by helping my parents and friends with marketing. I grew up around doctors and healthcare entrepreneurs, so I saw how much went into their businesses. I also watched good companies lose business to competitors that were better at getting noticed.

I’ve hired agencies too. I’ve been burned on advertising and branding, and I hated that experience.

That experience shaped what I wanted to fix at Gazizoff:

    • Too many people to manage. You hire specialists, freelancers and agencies, then become the person connecting all their work.
    • Platforms that don’t talk to each other. Enquiries, reports and customer information need to be moved between tools by hand.
    • Slow production and too much rework. The same company gets explained again. The same layouts get rebuilt. Feedback gets lost between people.
    • Inconsistent branding and weak creative. You spend on marketing, but the work doesn’t reflect the quality of your business.
    • Advice that misses your situation. You get channel recommendations without a clear business priority, or ideas that don’t fit your industry.

These problems affect the result as much as the experience of getting there. Inkar and I wanted to take responsibility for both.

Productizing marketing: a complete service that’s easier to use

We wanted you to bring us a business goal without having to assemble a marketing department around it.

So we brought the team, tools and processes together into a service that’s ready to run. The specialists know how to work together. The workflows are established. The technology supports production and daily marketing.

That’s what we mean by productizing marketing. You get an organised service, with strategy and creative developed around your company.

We already have methods for researching a market, building a design system and setting up follow-up sequences. Each project helps us improve those methods. New tools and AI help us remove more manual work.

That gives us more time for the decisions that need your company’s context: what to say, what to create and where to invest.

The idea was simple. Making all of it work together took years.

    01. Industry focus: Health & Science

«You can do anything, but not everything.»

    — David Allen

Health and science was the natural focus for me. I had experience in the industry, people close to me worked in it, and I cared about it personally.

Staying focused means the knowledge from one project helps with the next. We keep learning about the same markets, customer concerns and buying decisions, instead of switching to an unfamiliar industry with every brief.

That matters for your marketing. Health and science has restrictions that affect what we can say, what we can show and how we use information. A campaign can look beautiful and still be unsuitable for your product or market.

You work with people who already understand those considerations. That means less explaining, fewer wrong turns and less rework as your project moves forward.

Compliance: part of the planning, creative and technology

We look at the requirements that apply to your company before they become expensive changes to finished work.

These may include privacy requirements such as HIPAA or PIPEDA, depending on your business and location. Product promotion also needs to account for the relevant FDA and Health Canada rules.

In practice, that affects ordinary decisions. What should your enquiry form ask? Can a headline make that claim? Where should the information go after someone submits it?

For example, a clinic’s general enquiry form may not need a detailed medical history. Asking those questions early helps us choose the form, wording and destination before the page is built.

We handle the marketing and coordinate with your legal, medical or regulatory reviewers where their approval is needed.

A team passionate about health, beyond the work

Anyone who knows me knows I’m pretty intense about health and exercise. I run marathons, lift, swim and bike. I care about what I eat and how I feel.

Part of that is personal enjoyment. Part of it comes from seeing family members deal with cancer, neurodegenerative diseases and mental health conditions. Health is very personal to me.

That interest carries into the team. We look for people who share it, and we encourage it through our employee benefits. Those include health devices, supplements, gym memberships, dental care and annual check-ups.

We follow the market, try products and pay attention to the companies and people shaping it. At Gazizoff, it’s hard to avoid a conversation about health.

For you, that means working with people who have reasons to care about your industry beyond the brief. We also experience parts of it as customers, which gives us another perspective on the work.

    02. Approach: done-for-you marketing, effortless to manage

Hiring marketing help should take work off your plate. Too often, it gives you another team to brief, another project to chase and another platform to learn.

We organise the service around effortless management. You have one main contact, clear updates and a team that takes responsibility for getting the work done.

You bring the business context and make the decisions that need your input. We turn those decisions into a plan, coordinate the specialists and manage the technology. You don’t need to understand the entire ecosystem to benefit from it.

Done-for-you service, with one main contact

We manage strategy, creative, development and day-to-day marketing, including the projects and deadlines that connect them.

A dedicated contact keeps communication together through progress updates, reporting and calls. You know what’s happening and what needs your attention.

Say you’re launching a new product. You can discuss the goal with one person. We coordinate the messaging, landing page, campaign creative and follow-up, including what needs to happen first.

Getting started: we lead the setup from audit to launch

You don’t need to arrive with a finished marketing brief or a list of tools to buy. We lead the setup and organise it around your business.

    1. Audit your marketing. We review your business, customers, competitors and available data. You get a clear view of what’s working and what needs attention.
    2. Build your roadmap and marketing plan. We turn those findings into priorities, projects and ongoing activity. You know what we’re doing and why.
    3. Create your Company Brain. We organise your strategy, offers, messaging and brand guidance for the team and AI. You stop repeating the same background in every brief.
    4. Set up your creative, brand and technology. We develop the design system, templates, website, platform and connections your plan needs.
    5. Run and improve your marketing. We produce the work, manage campaigns, review performance and update the plan as your business changes.

The audit sets the priorities. We develop what is missing, improve what is underperforming and connect the systems your team relies on.

Ongoing marketing: we run it, review it and keep improving

The first three to six months are usually the most intensive. That’s when we build much of the strategy, brand assets and marketing technology.

Once those pieces are in place, each new project has more to build on. A campaign can use your existing design system, website components and follow-up workflows. We still develop its message and creative, but we spend less time setting everything up again.

We keep producing, running campaigns and reviewing performance. New priorities go into the roadmap alongside the ongoing work, so your marketing keeps up with your business.

This is also how we plan the ongoing price. The heavier initial setup and continuing work are spread across the relationship. You get the setup and the team to keep using and improving it.

Clear workspaces for marketing, creative and projects

You should know where to check progress, leave feedback and find your files. We keep three main workspaces:

    • Gazizoff Marketing Platform: your marketing activity, analytics, contacts and automations.
    • Figma: your creative work, design system, templates and brand assets.
    • Notion: your projects, requests, documentation and day-to-day coordination.

We also organise account access and credentials. You shouldn’t have to search old emails for the website login or ask three people where the latest presentation is.

Easy to transfer, even after deep integration

We become closely involved in your business. Your files, assets and documentation stay organised for a clear handover to another team.

That includes the information needed to understand the website, campaigns and workflows. We also document which accounts transfer and which software licences need to continue separately.

You should stay because the relationship is useful to you.

    03. People: the human power behind the ecosystem

Good tools still need people who know what good work looks like. Someone has to decide whether a strategy fits your business, whether the creative communicates clearly and whether the technology works as intended.

Our strategists and specialists make those decisions. They create the strategy and creative, build the technology and direct the AI.

We hire for expertise, then train people to understand the work around their own discipline. You get specialists who can work together without making you the translator.

Global talent: specialists across the marketing disciplines

We hire globally for strength in each discipline. Our team brings together strategy, design, copywriting, development and marketing specialists, alongside operations and project management.

The people who plan your marketing work with the people who produce it. A strategist can bring a designer or developer into the discussion while the plan is taking shape.

For example, a medical-device launch might need a product demonstration, a landing page and follow-up for the sales team. The people producing those parts help shape the plan before production starts.

Strategic thinking: understanding why the work matters

A technically correct deliverable can still miss the point. A presentation can look polished and leave the buyer unsure why they should choose you.

We expect specialists to understand your business, your audience and what their work needs to achieve.

A landing page designer needs to know what visitors already understand and what you want them to do next. That affects the order of the content, the imagery and the calls to action.

The brief carries that context, so decisions about the design also support the message.

T-shaped training: deep expertise and shared understanding

We train everyone beyond their main discipline. They develop deep expertise in their own field and a working understanding of the others. That’s what we mean by T-shaped training.

A designer needs to understand marketing and the message. A developer needs to understand the design and how someone will use the website. A copywriter needs to consider how the words will work on the page.

That shared understanding helps us catch problems between disciplines. It also means you don’t have to translate every conversation between specialists.

Training continues as our tools, processes and the industry change.

A small client roster: time to know your business

We typically work with fewer than ten ongoing clients. Getting this involved takes attention, and we don’t want to spread the team too thin.

A smaller roster gives us time to learn your products, decisions and history. When you need the next campaign or a change in direction, you’re working with people who know the background.

    04. Hyper-efficient workflows: less repeated work, faster production

A surprising amount of marketing time goes into recreating things: briefs, layouts, reports and instructions. That is time you pay for without necessarily getting better work.

We build workflows that remove those repeated steps. Your company context is organised. Your design system is available. The team has an established way to move from a brief to a finished deliverable.

Our workflows combine human skills, technology and AI. AI can prepare a draft or organise research. Software can handle routine transfers and updates. A specialist makes the decisions that need judgment.

We’ve spent years improving that combination. Some work that used to take us months now takes weeks. AI has added to the speed, but our tools and processes were already doing a lot of the work.

Website layouts: AI-assisted production and visual editing

Building every page by hand means repeating a lot of assembly. Our page builder lets us work with layouts visually and through JSON files. A JSON file describes the page’s sections, content and settings in a format software can read.

That gives us a faster production route:

    1. Start with approved copy and your website’s design. AI arranges the content into a layout using the elements we’ve already developed.
    2. Import the layout into the visual builder. A designer refines the spacing, imagery and mobile layout.
    3. Finish and check the page. A developer adds custom code where needed, and the team reviews the finished result.

The same page moves between AI-assisted production, visual design and code. You get faster assembly and a website you can still edit yourself. Changing a heading or image later doesn’t require knowing JSON.

Design production: create new materials without rebuilding the brand

Recreating a brand for every deliverable slows production and introduces small inconsistencies. We build custom Figma templates and design systems so approved decisions carry into the next piece of work.

Say you need a presentation, social graphics and a website section for the same campaign. The designer carries the typography, colours and visual elements across all three, then adapts the layout to each format.

That leaves more time for the message, the concept and the details that make the work feel considered.

    05. Strategy: turning your business priorities into a marketing plan

Producing more marketing won’t help if it tackles the wrong problem. You can spend more on ads while losing enquiries through weak follow-up. You can redesign a website without fixing an offer people don’t understand.

We look at marketing from a 360-degree view: your business, customers, competitors, brand, channels and technology.

That helps us decide what should happen first and how the different parts can support one another. You get a plan for your business, with reasons behind the work we recommend.

Senior strategist: one direction for your marketing

A senior strategist brings that picture together. They connect your business goals to the priorities in the plan and give the team a shared direction.

Your website, campaigns and sales materials should support the same objectives. You shouldn’t receive separate recommendations from each specialist and have to reconcile them yourself.

Specialists: the detail behind the recommendations

Specialists look closely at their own disciplines. They understand what’s possible and what’s involved in delivering it.

For example, improving a product website might require clearer copy, comparison pages or a simpler buying process. Those are different jobs with different requirements.

Specialist input helps us turn a broad recommendation into work we can actually plan and produce.

Marketing audit: find what needs attention

We review your business, competition, existing marketing and available data. We look at individual channels and how people move between them.

How do they discover you? Can they understand your offer? What happens after they enquire?

This helps us find where the experience breaks down and what is causing it. The recommendation follows the problem: clearer messaging, better follow-up, a technical fix or a new campaign.

Marketing plan: clear priorities for the team

We turn the audit into a plan built around your goals and situation. It sets out the priorities, projects and ongoing activity needed to move forward.

We look for returns in three areas:

    • Commercial performance: more revenue, better enquiries or lower customer acquisition costs.
    • Brand: a company that’s easier to understand, trust and choose.
    • Operations: less coordination, less rework and marketing that’s easier to manage.

We choose measures that fit the work. A sales campaign needs commercial measures. A new design system can also save production time and reduce rework. You should know which return we’re working towards.

Playbooks: 13 years of experience to build on

Over the years, we’ve developed our own playbooks for medical practices, consumer health products, medical devices and other health and science businesses.

These give us a starting point for needs that come up repeatedly:

    • Customer journeys: the steps from first contact to purchase and ongoing communication.
    • Email programmes: newsletters, welcome emails and follow-up sequences.
    • Reminders: appointment confirmations and appropriate follow-ups.
    • Automations: the triggers and actions that connect those activities.

For you, that means less time spent figuring out familiar building blocks. We can put more attention into what’s different about your company.

Two consumer health brands may both need a welcome email sequence. One could be speaking to experienced athletes; the other, to first-time buyers. The structure gives us a starting point. Your audience, offer and positioning shape what goes into it.

    06. Creative: a consistent brand, with more room to create

I care a lot about how your brand looks. You can have an excellent product and still lose someone because the website feels generic, the presentation is confusing or the imagery doesn’t explain the value.

Creative is how people first experience your business. It needs to communicate clearly and give them a reason to pay attention.

For a medical device, that could mean showing how it works without overwhelming someone with technical detail. For a health-tech company, it could mean making an unfamiliar service feel easy to understand and use.

Good creative helps people understand you, trust you and remember you. We develop the message and visual direction together, then carry them across your website, campaigns and sales materials.

The design system, production tools and generative AI help us keep that quality consistent as you need more content.

Figma: the core of scalable design

Figma is our main creative workspace. It keeps your design system, working files and digital assets together, so we can build on the decisions you’ve already approved.

    Your workspace includes:

    • Design systems: your colours, typography, components and visual standards.
    • Custom templates: presentations, social posts, LinkedIn banners and other recurring formats.
    • Asset libraries: designs and media we can reuse across projects.
    • Shared working files: a place to see the creative, leave feedback and find the work.

For example, your next presentation can use approved slide layouts and imagery. The designer can focus on the story you need to tell, instead of setting up fonts and rebuilding slides.

As we add assets and templates, you have more to work with. The brand stays consistent without every piece looking identical.

Specialised software: the tools each medium needs

A product film, a 3D animation and a printed brochure need different production tools. We use Adobe Creative Cloud, Blender and other specialised software to give each medium the attention it needs.

For example, a device demonstration may need 3D animation to show something a photograph can’t explain. A campaign image may need careful retouching before it is ready for print.

The finished assets join your creative library, so work made for one campaign can also support your website, sales materials or a later launch.

Generative AI: more creative options, faster production

Custom imagery and video used to involve a lot more organising. A missing angle or a change in composition could mean another shoot, with more time and expense.

Generative AI gives us more ways to develop editorial-style images, video and visual variations. For some assets, work that once required organising a shoot can now happen in hours.

That changes how much we can explore. You get more creative options and more time to improve the result within the same budget.

Say you’re launching a wellness product. The campaign needs a wide website image and a vertical social version, with different space for the copy. We can develop compositions for both, explore different settings and refine the direction before producing the final assets.

We still direct, select and finish the work. We check product details for accuracy and use real photography to document actual people, facilities and products. AI gives the creative team more ways to realise the idea and improve it.

    07. Gazizoff Marketing Platform: daily marketing in one connected place

Separate tools create separate jobs. Someone has to copy enquiries between them, keep contact lists updated and pull reports together. As you add more software, that coordination grows.

Our platform brings together reporting, CRM, automation, social media, reputation management, email and SMS. We configure those tools around your business so information can move between them.

A website enquiry can become a contact, enter your sales pipeline and receive a follow-up from the same connected setup. You get fewer manual steps and a clearer view of what happens after someone responds to your marketing.

Marketing view: see activity alongside leads and sales

You shouldn’t have to gather reports from every platform to understand what’s happening. The dashboard brings together data from your connected accounts:

    • Website analytics: visitors, traffic sources and engagement.
    • Advertising: Google and Meta campaign performance, spend and conversions.
    • Leads and sales: enquiries, opportunities, pipeline stages and recorded revenue.

We build the view around your priorities and available tracking. That lets you look at marketing activity alongside what it produces, instead of seeing spend in one place and enquiries somewhere else.

Cross-platform automation: connect the next steps

An enquiry is only useful when someone follows it up. Automations connect the routine steps across forms, contacts, email, SMS, appointments and your sales pipeline.

For a device supplier receiving a demo request, a workflow can:

    1. Create or update the contact.
    2. Open an opportunity in the sales pipeline.
    3. Notify the person responsible.
    4. Send a confirmation and start the relevant follow-up.

We also connect external systems through integrations and webhooks. A webhook tells another system when something happens. For example, marking an opportunity as won can trigger an onboarding task in your project-management tool.

We build those connections around your process, so the next step doesn’t depend on someone copying information or remembering to send a message.

Social media: plan, approve and publish together

A shared social calendar lets you see upcoming content before it goes live. Drafts, feedback and scheduling stay together, so you don’t have to follow the approval process across messages and individual social accounts.

    The social planner includes:

    • A shared calendar for drafts, scheduled posts and published content.
    • Approvals and scheduling, including bulk uploads and recurring posts.
    • Channel-specific content, so captions and media can suit each platform.
    • Performance reporting for the metrics each connected network provides.
    • Comment management for supported networks and posts published through the planner.

You can review the plan in one place while the team handles the publishing details.

Reputation: monitor feedback across locations and platforms

When reviews sit across several profiles, they’re easy to miss. That becomes harder to manage as you add locations.

We can monitor Google Business Profile, Facebook, Glassdoor, Capterra and other supported sources in one place. The team can follow new feedback and identify reviews that need attention.

Review requests can also connect to appropriate email and SMS workflows. That makes asking for feedback a planned part of the customer experience.

Email and SMS: follow-up that uses the same customer context

Different people need different communication. A new subscriber, an event registrant and a returning customer shouldn’t all receive the same follow-up.

Newsletters, segmented lists, automated sequences and reminders use the platform’s shared contact records. We connect messages to the action someone took, with consent settings built into the process.

For a health association, that could mean sending a webinar registrant a confirmation, a reminder and the recording. The team can manage that sequence alongside the wider newsletter programme, without rebuilding the contact list for each message.

CRM and pipeline: keep track of each opportunity

The CRM keeps your contacts, opportunities and sales activity organised. Pipelines show where an enquiry stands and what needs to happen next.

That helps you follow what happens after the lead arrives. You can see which opportunities are progressing and which are waiting for action.

Documents and proposals can also be sent for electronic signature. Their status is available for follow-up, so your team doesn’t have to search email threads to see whether something has been signed.

    08. Technology: websites, integrations and custom development

Your marketing loses value when the technology makes people work too hard. A confusing website, a slow page or a disconnected form can get in the way of an enquiry or purchase.

We build the customer-facing experience and the connections behind it. That includes your website, hosting, specialist tools and custom functionality.

The Gazizoff Marketing Platform handles the shared marketing operations. Around it, we connect the tools your business needs and develop the features that are missing. You get one team managing how the pieces work together.

Website design and development: a connected system for your website

Your website needs to look right, communicate clearly and be easy to run. It also needs to connect to the rest of your marketing.

We build on WordPress and Shopify. Shopify gives product brands a focused commerce platform. WordPress gives us more room for complex content, custom features and different types of websites.

The website has its own design, content, performance and development tools. Forms, analytics and integrations connect it to your marketing platform. That separation lets us develop the website without making every decision around the limits of the marketing software.

Shopify: a focused setup for selling online

Shopify brings your storefront and checkout into a commerce platform, with tools for managing your product catalogue, variants and inventory.

For a health or wellness product brand, that makes everyday store management straightforward. You can update products and organise collections without asking a developer to make each change.

We develop the design, content and integrations around your store. Apps and custom development add the more specialised features your sales and customer experience need.

WordPress: visual editing, shared styles and custom code

I want to spend a little more time on WordPress because of how much we can build with it. We use a connected website design system that gives you easy editing and gives our developers room to create.

    The tools work together:

    • Page builder: create and edit pages visually, including text, images, grids and interactive sections. You can manage everyday changes without writing code.
    • Style customizer: control colours, typography, buttons and spacing across the website. A brand update carries through the shared styles.
    • Mega menu builder: organise large menus with grouped links, images and featured content. Visitors can find the right product, service or resource faster.
    • Layout builder: design reusable layouts for articles, product pages and other content. New entries use the same structure without rebuilding each page.
    • Front-end framework: reusable components for responsive layouts, navigation, animations and interactions. Developers can extend the design with custom code.
    • JSON layouts: import, export and edit structured page layouts, including those prepared with AI. This connects automated production to visual editing.
    • Plugins and custom development: add features and integrations as your requirements grow.
    • WooCommerce: manage products and build the shopping experience within the same website and design system.

The connection between these tools is what makes the setup useful. A colour change carries through the shared styles. A new article follows its assigned layout. A new page uses components that already belong to your brand.

You get a website that’s easier to expand and maintain. Our team spends more time on the content and experience, with less repeated setup.

    Hosting, security and maintenance

A good website also needs to stay fast, secure and maintained. We manage the server setup and supporting tools, so routine maintenance stays with the team looking after your website.

    For WordPress sites, that includes:

    • Managed hosting: server resources matched to your website and traffic.
    • Backups and updates: automatic backups, plus management of WordPress, theme and plugin updates.
    • Security: website protection, monitoring and firewall tools configured for the setup.
    • Performance: caching and image optimisation to reduce loading time.
    • Content delivery network: serves website files from servers closer to your visitors.
    • Forms and SEO tools: form building, metadata, sitemaps and technical SEO controls.

We also use Cloudflare where it strengthens the setup. Hosting, security and performance work together, so you don’t have to coordinate a separate provider for every task.

A website that can grow with your business

We plan for the website you need now and the direction your business is heading.

You can start with a focused site, then add content, product ranges, commerce or custom functionality. We expand the design system and development alongside it. For our WordPress setup, we can also increase hosting resources as traffic grows.

That lets you develop the website in stages. A new requirement becomes an addition to the plan, instead of an automatic reason to start again.

Other technology: specialist tools and the systems you already use

For the day-to-day marketing we manage, our platform covers around 80-90% of the functionality we need, based on our project experience.

We use specialised tools for the rest. There is no reason to rebuild a product like Hotjar when we can use it alongside the platform and spend the development time on your business.

We also build around the systems your team relies on. That could mean using HubSpot for your sales process or Klaviyo for an established ecommerce email programme.

NeedExamples of tools we work withWhat they add
Website behaviour and analyticsGoogle Analytics, HotjarTraffic data, heatmaps and session replays to investigate how people use your site.
Search and advertisingSemrush, Ahrefs, Google Ads, MetaSearch research, campaign delivery and specialist tools for visibility and acquisition.
CRM and emailHubSpot, Mailchimp, KlaviyoYour contact databases, sales processes and email programmes.
Booking and paymentsJane, LatePoint, Stripe, SquareDedicated booking and payment functions for your business.
Automation and communicationsZapier, TwilioConnections between systems and additional communication tools.

For example, a health-tech company can keep its sales team in HubSpot while we develop its website and campaigns around that process. A consumer brand can run its store on Shopify and its ecommerce emails in Klaviyo.

We choose and configure the connections, including what data moves between systems. On health-related websites, that also means choosing where analytics and session recording belong, away from sensitive forms and patient information.

Custom development: build the features your business is missing

Some problems need more than another subscription. We develop custom interfaces, calculators, quizzes and integrations when your business needs something specific.

Our developers use tools such as Cursor and GitHub to write and manage the code. They control the implementation and review the work.

A practical example is our website-design calculator. Website projects involve a lot of choices. The calculator guides you through the size, design and functionality, then shows how your choices affect the estimate.

You can make a useful selection without understanding every technical detail. That is the same approach we take to the wider ecosystem: manage the complexity behind an interface that makes sense to the person using it.

Custom integrations solve another problem. When your systems provide APIs, we can build connections to exchange the information your workflow needs. APIs are the interfaces that let software communicate.

We choose the route that fits the job: use a specialist tool, connect your existing systems or build a custom feature. Maintenance and running costs are part of that decision.

    09. AI: the missing piece in the ecosystem

We’ve been using AI since the GPT-2 days, back in 2019. It was much less useful then. Today, it helps us across strategy, creative, technology and production.

AI made a bigger difference once we could connect it to how we already worked. We had the methods, design systems and marketing experience. AI gave our people a faster way to use them.

It still needs context. Without your positioning, priorities and brand guidance, it can’t know what makes a piece of work right for you. Our setup brings that knowledge together with reusable skills and agents, under the team’s direction.

Marketing Brain: our accumulated marketing experience

Thirteen years of project knowledge isn’t much use when it is scattered across old files. Our Marketing Brain brings that experience into a form our team and AI can use.

It is built around proprietary knowledge from 13 years of work, more than 1,000 projects and campaigns, and 200+ professional SOPs.

When a specialist starts a new brief, they can draw on methods and patterns developed through earlier work. More of our experience stays available across the team, instead of depending on one person remembering it.

The knowledge base updates automatically each week with new work and research into relevant market changes. As we learn, the team has more to work with.

Company Brain: the context that makes the work yours

Your business has its own positioning, priorities and way of speaking. The Company Brain keeps that context available to the people and AI working on your marketing.

    It includes:

    • Your strategy and business priorities.
    • Your positioning, offers and messaging.
    • Your tone of voice and brand guidance.

A website page, email and sales presentation need different formats. They should still agree about what you offer and why someone should choose you.

The Company Brain gives them a shared reference. You don’t have to explain the company again every time someone starts a new piece of work.

We use it for marketing knowledge. We don’t feed it patient records or other sensitive personal information.

Under OpenAI’s API data policy, API content is not used to train its models by default. Data retention depends on the features and settings used.

AI skills: our methods, ready to use again

Without a shared method, using AI can become another repetitive task. Someone has to explain the company, describe the job and correct the same mistakes every time.

An AI skill is a reusable set of instructions for a specific job. It tells the AI how to approach the task, what information to use and what the output needs to include.

We’ve built skills from the SOPs, or standard operating procedures, developed through our work. For a copywriting task, the skill can:

    1. Use your Company Brain for the positioning, audience and tone of voice.
    2. Organise the message around the page’s purpose.
    3. Develop the draft and check it against the brief.

Your copywriter gets to a useful draft faster. They spend more time on the argument, the language and the details that make it sound like your company.

The copywriter still controls the brief and final copy. They check the facts, edit the writing and decide what’s ready for your review.

We’ve built skills across nearly every type of marketing task we handle, including strategy, ads, email sequences and deep research. Compliance-checking skills flag issues for the people responsible for approval.

AI agents: connected tasks under human direction

Some work involves many connected steps. Research, for example, can mean collecting information from hundreds of pages, comparing it and preparing findings for a strategist.

An AI agent can use tools and instructions to work through that assignment. A skill provides the method; the agent carries out the steps under human direction.

For a website review, that can mean inspecting pages, comparing the messaging with your positioning and organising the findings. Our agents also handle data collection, SEO audits and multi-channel reports.

The specialist sets the task, checks the evidence and decides what belongs in your marketing plan.

A real example: our auditor agent

One of my favourite examples is our auditor agent.

An audit and marketing plan used to take me two to three weeks. It cost clients $10,000 or more.

In our workflow now, the agent completes roughly 80% of that work in about four hours, with around $10-$20 in token costs per run.

It researches much as I did: collecting data, reviewing hundreds of websites and looking through social channels. It can work through that information at a speed I couldn’t match manually.

The strategist reviews the research, checks the findings and develops the final recommendations. The token figure is the AI usage cost, not the price of the finished client audit.

You get to a useful plan sooner. More of the specialist’s time goes into deciding what your business should do next, rather than gathering and rearranging information.

Continuous improvement: better models, knowledge and methods

We build our AI setup using the OpenAI API. As models improve, we can update the tools our specialists use while keeping the company knowledge and methods we’ve developed.

We keep your Company Brain current too. A new offer or a change in positioning should carry into the next website page, email and campaign.

These improvements happen across the ecosystem. A better skill can reduce editing time. A stronger model can improve research. A new integration can remove another manual task. We keep refining the way the work gets done, so those gains reach your marketing.

Bringing the ecosystem together: better marketing with less to manage

The problems that pushed us to build this were connected. Separate specialists created more coordination. Disconnected tools created manual work. Repeated setup slowed production, while inconsistent creative weakened the brand.

Our approach connects the people, workflows, technology and AI around your business. The team shares a plan and your company knowledge. Creative carries across channels. Website components and automations make the next project faster to produce and run.

That’s how we’re improving marketing at Gazizoff: changing the everyday work that affects its quality, speed and relevance to you.

The part I find exciting is how much stays useful after a project ends. You have more creative assets, better information about your audience and processes the team can use again. Each improvement gives the next project a better starting point.

You stay involved in the important decisions. We take responsibility for the specialists, production and technology around them.

That’s what Inkar and I have spent years building: marketing that reflects the quality of your business, moves faster and gives you less to manage.
