What is Landing Page?

Definition and meaning of Landing Page:

A landing page is a website page that marketers use to convert visitors into leads or customers. It is usually the first page someone sees when they click on a link from an ad or email.

The goal of a landing page is to get the visitor to take a specific action, such as subscribing to a newsletter or making a purchase.

Some people even like to call landing pages “a 24/7 online sales manager” as they sell well.

In general, landing pages focus on one desired action. They have minimal distractions (ex., no site navigation) to convert people into leads or customers.

Landing pages include a strong call-to-action and persuasive copy to achieve conversions. They may also include testimonials, images, videos, and everything else that influences the desire to buy or subscribe.
