this article and the rest of the website is really good.
Creating a website that drives results is a complex and multi-stage process. It involves several vital phases to ensure that the final product is functional, user-friendly, and visually appealing.
In this blog post, I’ll share how we at Gazizoff Digital create stunning websites at scale on WordPress. So you can understand the work behind it and learn how to plan and design your organization’s site.
From strategy through creativity to development and launch, I take you through our everyday process of creating high-performing websites.

Our custom setup helps save time and money with all the tools you need to manage and grow your website. Our website offers easy-to-use CMS, a page builder, and other tools that reduce administration, design, and development costs and efforts.
The 5-stage Process – Overview
Our web design process typically involves five stages:
- Strategy and discovery – our team gathers information about the client’s goals and target audience to create a solid foundation for the project.
- Design and content – we focus on creating structure, a visually appealing design, and a compelling content strategy.
- Development – we build and develop the website and bring the vision and design to life.
- Kick-off – we present the site to the client, do revisions, do a final check, and launch it.
- Support – we provide ongoing maintenance and management to keep the website relevant and effective
By following this process, the end result is always a well-designed website that meets the needs of the client and the people they serve.
Stage 1 – Strategy and Discovery
To build a performance-driven website, we need to understand your organization’s needs and goals beyond an RFP or an initial conversation. So we conduct a series of interviews and research to better understand clients and their target audience’s needs.
Strategy / Discovery Consultation – We dive deep into your organization and understand your goals, objectives, and messaging to cover gaps, improve weaknesses, and emphasize strengths.
Target Audience – We understand your target audience’s needs, behaviors, and pain points, so we can build a website that caters to them and their expectations.
Competition/Market – We thoroughly research clients’ direct and indirect competition and their strategies to understand current trends and opportunities.
Stage 2 – Design & Content
Our fundamental approach focuses on people – understanding their needs and designing the website to meet them, allowing them to easily find, get and do what they need.

Can you recommend me a course on how to start on WordPress?
Hey Shayan! You can watch a few YouTube videos by googling “WordPress walkthrough” or something like this. If you have LinkedIn Learning, there are a few basic courses that are really good. Make sure to use Yootheme Pro for theme and WPMU for hosting. They have their own tutorials.
That’s a long process hahah… I doubt you do all that for each project!
Hey Gretchen! We actually do. I’ve mentioned in another comment – we’ve automated a lot of tasks using technology and SOPs.
Do you use figma or sketch for prototypes?
P.S. Great Article!
Hi Dora! We use figma, but we build prototypes directly on the production website using YooTheme Pro. It’s much faster and easier.
