Millennials, or Gen Y, is the generation born between 1980 and 1995, following Gen X. They grew up at the beginning of the digital revolution, so they are comfortable with technology.
Millennials are often considered to be more open to change, and diversity as well as more engaged with technology. Gen Y is also generally more liberal in their political views.
